That was a really cool place. Ted took the photos. I just framed them with photoshop. :) I was there too though! LOL I always try to give proper credit though for these…some of the photos I did take, but they are very few. The ones of that blizzard, I snapped…only because Ted was busy driving. :) The cool one of my son on the beach was taken by my brother. Anyway…I loved that place. It was real peaceful. Ted and I were going through some really hard stuff at the time, and it wasn’t really a vacation…more of just a drive and we stopped there and just relaxed in a quiet spot, and he took a lot of photos. Glad you like them!
Glad you like them Melissa! It was a very ‘haunting’ sort of place, but just in a beautiful way, not spooky or anything of course. :) It was early morning when we were there, and very quiet and peaceful. There were some canoes on the lake. I thought those trees growing in the water were really cool looking though…and the reflections in the murky water are just awesome. Ted’s a good photographer.

Anne, these are wonderful — particularly haunting the second one and it’s just perfect to the eye. Wonderful, both!
