U six ninety six

The sky was gray , as the night was rather quiet compared to the week prior. The drug lords were trying to take over New Bridgeton the largest city left from the great wars. New Bridgeton was what was left of Old New York City, now about one tenth the size . Martial law and quarantines have taken the place of free and innocent living.

The streets were full of almost zombie like conditions , water source’s being polluted and general conditions very poor. Crime was taking over as the security of government and was giving way to the strong.

Militant groups were on the rise …… living by the quote of only the strong will survive….The biggest group of all was called U six ninety-six .

The leader of this group went by the name of Capt Ira Copeland….

Capt Copeland was a lifer in the military’s Army Recons , He started U six ninety-six when the great wars ended due to lack of money …..

Their military compound consisted of an old Taxi company building and the neighboring riverside. They had several vehicles and a small arsenal , as they fought the drug lords daily.

To be continued…….
